Product Posting, Shipping and Tracking Policy

Shipping is free for all of Brazil.
The time of POSTAGE/SHIPPING of orders/products varies between 1 to 3 business days . This time is related to packaging, labeling, and postal dispatch, so it varies from 1 to 3 business days, and we will process the order as quickly as possible. The product is shipped from outside Brazil directly from our warehouse with exclusive and fast logistics partners, always by air freight. In case of any problem, the customer has up to 30 days to resolve the order's shipping situation with the store. After this period, the buyer will be required to pay for a reshipment (shipping costs, etc.), and the order is non-refundable.
Orders take approximately 7 to 18 business days to arrive. Most orders leave our factory in Hong Kong and can be tracked using the tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email and WhatsApp. This time may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery time is counted from the moment of posting, not purchase.
Baumont is exempt from external factors that may exist and occur in relation to deliveries and that impact them, increasing the time required to receive orders. This applies to any adversity along the route, such as stoppages, delays due to natural causes, customs fees assessed by the postal service or the Federal Revenue Service, etc. Baumont still undertakes to deliver, but the customer should be aware that they are subject to any such situation, which is entirely beyond our control.
The company is also exempt from paying any potential federal or postal taxes on product imports. This means that a fee may be charged when the package arrives in Brazil and undergoes customs inspection. This fee must be paid by the customer through the Correios website using the tracking code. Baumont can assist the customer in making the payment, providing guidance on the procedure, or collecting the amount from the customer for payment, without seeking profit.
If the customer fails to pay the fee even after being contacted by the store, the purchase amount will not be refunded, as the merchandise is also the customer's responsibility and there was no response from the customer after we contacted them. The order waits for about 30 days at customs for payment, so there is enough time for the company and the customer to discuss the matter and resolve the issue.
TAXATION POLICY
Orders may be held during customs inspection by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service to pay federal taxes related to the merchandise entering Brazil. This fee must be paid by the customer, as the product is directly linked to their CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry) and they comply with the website's policies when making a purchase.
For purchases made from 01/07/2024 onwards, we have changed our logistics system so that this tax does not occur so frequently, leaving the customer free to pay this fee when the order arrives at the Brazilian Post Office. However, there is always a risk.
TRACKING CODE POLICY
Tracking information will be sent to the customer via email within 4 business days. This time may vary depending on supplier circumstances beyond our control. As soon as the order is shipped, tracking information will be automatically integrated into our system and sent to the customer via email. It can also be sent through other communication channels upon request.
