Product Exchange and Return
First, check if you really bought from us! Several stores sell the same product and we are not responsible for replicas, defects, exchanges, returns, and the like from other companies.
If you have actually chosen your product in our online store, but, Upon receiving it, if you notice a manufacturing defect or if you don't like it, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it under the conditions set out on this page.
HOW TO PROCEED?
1- The first step for exchange or return is to contact us Customer Service Center DIRECTLY by email: atendimento@baumont.com.br within 7 days after the receipt of the merchandise, so that it can be returned within the timeframe guaranteed by law. (Write an email to this address. Automatic tracking email responses and similar responses will not be accepted).
2- Our team will instruct you on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product, as long as it is within the 7 days guaranteed by Law and our policies.
3- The cost of shipping the product for exchange/return is borne by the buyer. Only the amount spent on the PURCHASE in the online store will be refunded. Exceptions may be made upon prior analysis and notification to the customer.
ATTENTION : Items returned to the sender because the customer did not answer or collect the order at the Post Office. no will be refunded. Correios makes 3 delivery attempts plus a 7-day wait for in-person pickup of the product, so it is the customer's responsibility to pick it up. (We send emails informing you of delivery attempts and a request for local pickup, if necessary. This 7-day period may be shorter depending on your region and local policies.)
Orders in which the customer enters the address/street, name and other information incorrectly or the house number is irregular and results in delivery failure and subsequent return to the sender will also not be refunded.
*Return: Exchanges, returns, and refunds will only be accepted if communicated and sent back within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. CDC Art. 49

WHAT THE RETURN IS ABOUT:
I - To cancel, obligatorily The order must have arrived at the address provided at the time of purchase within the 7-day period mentioned above. Orders "In Transit" cannot be canceled immediately as they are already labeled and on the way. The timeframe for the customer to return the order after the request may vary, but is a maximum of 7 days after a response with instructions on how to return it. The 30-day money-back guarantee for exchanges or returns is valid only for those who purchase it optionally for an additional fee, to be determined at checkout. The store only covers defects or defects for 30 days as usual.
II - There are no refunds for products made of delicate materials that may tear if misused. All instructions for use for this type of product considered "delicate" are available on the respective sales pages for each product.
III - Baumont Store is not obligated in any of its activities to guarantee exchanges or refunds for intimate items. This means that it is the customer's responsibility to purchase items with the understanding that this type of personal item is subject to this policy. It is up to the company itself to analyze the incident and make a decision on what to do about the situation.
IV - If the order is delayed due to customs or postal issues and the customer requests a refund only after 60 days, it is not possible to issue a refund, as two or more months have passed. The customer may only opt for a reshipment of the product.
V - The store has a longer deadline to process exchanges, different from the delivery deadline for the first product shipped. This is because the process for reordering an exchange is different from that for shipping directly from the factory. We allow up to 60 business days for exchanges.
VI - For bulk products with different tracking codes, two deliveries are considered, each with its own refund and exchange policy. If a refund is required, pay attention to the delivery dates for each product. Each product is given 7 days from the date of receipt/delivery and other policies mentioned here.
VII - Sized products are not generically converted to Brazilian sizes. That is, if you purchase a size G, you may receive an XL instead of an L. This happens because the measurements are adapted according to the size of the product (the conversion is not made from the translation of the English word). The customer can still choose to return the product, paying for shipping according to the policy already stated in this section.
Shipping Guarantee Resend Policy
We offer a Shipping Guarantee to ensure your purchase will be immediately reshipped if the product encounters a logistical issue or is damaged by the carrier. This guarantee is optional and can be paid for when selecting shipping options during checkout, where available.
These conditions will only be applicable if the customer previously communicates that, upon observing the tracking, the package has no longer moved due to customs loss, loss by the Post Office or damage by the Post Office.
Every case is subject to analysis by the internal team, which is responsible for justifying whether the Shipping Guarantee applies to the case or not.
